Refunds are generally provided only in the following circumstances:

For damaged or incorrect orders, photographic evidence is required and must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Please note that refunds are not generally provided for buyer's remorse, preference changes, or products that were delivered correctly, on time, and in good condition.
